for Btech 4 years it cost around 10 lakhs and if we add hostel and mess it will be around 12-13 lakhs.  for integrated course it will be around 15-16 lakhs including all the expenses.

it basically same for every college you look for. this is the avergae fee

It's also depend on which iiit you want. So i can provide a rough idea about this. Approximately 97+ (rank under 30000) percentile will give you a good iiit. For iiit ALLAHABAD rank under 5000 is required. All the best . Thanks.

There is no difference in both the college standards. NIT is 2nd most selected for most engineering aspirants who have qualified JEE Main. If any one wants to join IIIT then that is a good choice too.
