Around 90% candidates falls in EWS quota, so cutoff won't go much lower and you wont be getting much advantage.You will have get rank inside 35000.
You will have to get above 85 percentile.

for NITS and iits ONE YEAR gap after classs 10+2 is allowed. but you need to have score 75% marks in 10+2 in aggregate to get admission in any NITS and IITS.
