Hello,
It is hard to get NITs or IITs as per your ranking but GFTI is possible somehow to grab. You shouldn't leave tue opportunity and should try it.

I got 46000 rank in bcd category in jee mains i will get thi clg or not

Chnaces are extremely low with this rank for IIITs like Bangalore.
You can however have decent chnaces with Private engineering colleges like :
SIT Bhubaneswar
Thapar patiala
Shiv Nadar University Dadri.

You would get admissions in engineering colleges.
For admissions marks are calculated using both your boards and jee percentile.If you want you can even reappear for jee as you get 3 attempts if you really want to get

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is just awesome with all the requirements. In the central library, all study materials are available for all semesters, and all books are available. Classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards, and unlimited Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic.
