Hello aspirant,
The majority of applicants find this to be one of the most frustrating issues because they are frequently uncertain of the score or rank needed to be accepted into NITs and IIITs.
The good result for the same can be in the range of 85-90 percentile in order to gain admission into IIITs via JEE Mains. In order to get admitted to well-known IIITs, candidates must rank in the top 25,000 of their respective fields.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.

Hey there!
It is not possible to tell whether you will get an admission in IIIT Hyderabad right at the moment, because there are certain factors which an individual needs to clear.
First and foremost if the candidate has appeared JEE Mains, it does not means that he/she is directly eligible for admission at any institutes, there are some minimum qualifying marks which the candidate has to surpass, the minimum qualifying marks according to category is on follows:
Category Minimum percentile
OPEN 70-74
OBC 64-66
SC 48-52
ST 36-40
According to the percentile, All India ranking of an individual is obtained and a cut off ranking is decided by colleges for the admission of students.
If we talk about IIIT Hyderabad, according to previous year trends of closing percentile for various branches is around 97- 98 percentile considering open category, you can also take a look over percentile for various branch by clicking here https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/iiit-hyderabad-btech-cutoff
So considering these data if you qualify JEE Mains, then you have a bit low chances to get in to IIIT Hyderabad.
