Both the college are good. Since both are nits, so both have a good reputation.  Which actually help you out  at the placement time.

NIT kurukshetra is good in faculty and placement records than in nit durgapur. This is the only reason that i suggest kurukshetra over dugrapur.

As you have not mentioned the Category in which  you obtained PWD rank for ex. It is Gen-PWD or OBC-PWD etc..? So I'm considering as GEN-PWD. Now you haven't mentioned your home state.So if Nit Kurukshetra is in your Home state then you have chances of getting CSE
