Sorry to say but reality is at this percentile you will not get any branch in NIT Kurushetra for getting NIT Kurushetra even if you have Home State quota you must have to get 96 percentile in General Category. So, you will not be able to get NIT Kurushetra.

As you may know, during the admission process in NITs 50% seats are reserved for candidates eligible for home state quota and rest 50% seats are reserved for other state candidates.
