You will get NIT in counselling sure.

If your family income (mother and father) is lower than 1 lakhs  then you will get 100% fee remission (Tution fee) in NITs.

If your income in more than 1 lakhs and less than 5 lakhs then you will get 2/3rd

the fees structure for deccan school of planning and architecture is aroung 35k per year for courses bachelor in architecture for more details you can refer its official site

Sorry to say but chances are less for getting admission in government college.

But you may get admission in private college through councilling process.

            With this rank in JEE Mains Paper 2 you can not get seat In any NIT or SPA or any government Architecture college. You should try for some best private colleges.
