College Infrastructure
Techno India University, Salt Lake has a decent infrastructure with smart classrooms, good WiFi connectivity and well-equipped laboratories. The library is useful for regular study needs and most of the equipment is functional and well-maintained. The campus environment is organized and student-friendly. Hostel & Hygiene: The hostel facilities are average but clean. Rooms are maintained regularly and the washrooms are hygienic. The food is manageable and safe. Overall, the living spaces are good enough for daily comfort.
The experience is good
College Infrastructure
The collage building is good enough . Each stream have it’s own separate floors and buildings . Lift service available at each floor . Fire extinguisher service is available . And every classroom have A/C service available . library is available at ground floor . Computer labs are available at each floor . The collage have 3 playgrounds . Overall the infrastructure is much better

Yes, WBJEE 2024 cutoff at techno India university, Kolkata in mechanical engineering was indeed near 97000 in the first round of counselling for the general all India category. However you need to remember that cutoffs can very between counselling rounds for example in round 2 the closing rank was around 100,938 while in round 3 it went below at 21,382.
For validation you can check the official cut off list published for WBJEE 2024 on its website.

Hi,
Only academic wise, IEM is a slightly better option than Techno India University.
But here’s what you need to know about both the colleges -
IEM:
• The college is critical about time, you need to bw always on time for lectures and other events.
• The college has discipline, punctuality, and strictness when it comes to studies. There’s a strict dress-code in place.
• The scope and exposure during and after your btech degree is better than many colleges in West Bengal.
Techno India University is much more flexible in case of rules, and dress code. But, in my opinion Techno Main Saltlake is a much much better college than Techno India University in every aspect.
Techno India colleges arrange workshops, seminars, tech fests for hands on practise of the students.
Plus, CSE is anyday a better branch than CSE and business. So I’d suggest go for just CSE.
