Aditya Institute of Technology has a dedicated placement cell that works towards creating successful placement opportunities for its students.  The AIT training and placement cell, headed by a placement officer, interacts with organisations/industries/hospitals for job opportunities for students. During training, students may receive job offers. The Institute also organises job fairs, seminars, workshops, industrial visits, mock interviews and group discussions to keep students up-to-date with the job market and hone their interview skills. Eligible students are sponsored to participate in job fairs organized by the Department of Training and Technical Education.

The Aditya Institute of Technology Delhi placement process typically consists of the following steps:

• Potential employers visit the institute and give a presentation to the students on their company and the job opportunities available.

• Students prepare their resumes and submit their applications to the companies.

• Companies shortlist the students based on their resumes and call them for interviews.

• The companies may also conduct group discussions to assess the communication skills and team spirit of the students.

• The selected candidates are then given offer letters and asked to join the company.
