No, You can not get a seat in Coimbatore campus. there is minimum rank for getting admission in Coimbatore is approx 20k.

If you have state quota you can get admission in computer science and engineering. If you belong to open quota, then you might not get admission based on previous years ranks. Do check the below link for further information on cut off ranks
