Yes,you may get seat in cse because cuttoff are not exact but they are accurate.cutoff will changes every year because it's based on number of students and number of seats etc..these parameters change the cutoffs .so it's clear you may have chance to get seat in cse .the purpose of cutoff is to give an idea about it.

No, you wont get admission Ballari Institute of Technology and Management in Electronics and Communication Engineering as last year general cutoff was 58889 and you rank is 83000. However you can get admission in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. And The total fee for Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other B.E course in Ballari Institute of Technology and Management is INR 2.38 Lakh.

Colleges can be compared on the basis of several parameters. Some of the important factors are as follows:

Entrance Exam- Indus Business Academy of the scores of CAT, MAT exams and Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management accepts the scores of MAT, XAT exams.

Ownership- Both the colleges are private colleges.

Placement- Highest package offered by Indus Business Academy was 15 lakh, average package was 5.75 lakh and the lowest was 4.25 lakh

Highest package offered by Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management was 7 lakh, average was5.5 lakh and lowest package offered was 3.9 lakh.

Other basic facilities provided by both the colleges are good.

You can prefer any of the college.

The ultimate goal of any aspirant is to get a good ROI at the end of the PGDM course. Today, there are lots of mediocre colleges offering PGDM/MBA which doesn't have a good course or good placement.

I would suggest you to prepare well for next year and give your best. Do not depend on just CAT for your MBA college. Try CMAT, SNAP and NMAT too. They are easier to crack compared to CAT.
