Yes,Bhagalpur College of engineering has provided land inside its campus to IIIT Bhagalpur for academic purpose. But they are not the same.

Congrats on your JEE Main rank. Bhagalpur college of Engineering doesn't give admission through JEE main. The college gives admission through BCECE. The BCECE exam dates has already passed. Based on your percentage of you don't belong to general category you might get fe NIT. Colleges uses Jee main general rank and category for accurate admission.

You can't get admission in Bhagalpur engineering college on the basis of JEE main rank because these colleges are not accepting the marks of JEE mains.

If you want to get admission in Bhagalpur engineering college, you have to crack the BCECE with good marks, this is the exam conducted by Bihar government for their state engineering Colleges.

If you want to only study then choose BCE Bhagalpur.

At MIT Muzaffarpur everyone local people know the student of Mit as Mitian & give respect.

But Bhagalpur is far distance (4–5km) to the city so here people give not any attention to Bce students and also Mitian students teach to locals and gain respect(also earn by part-time teaching) because Mit is in a city near where dense population lies.
