Assuming that you have secured 12000 general category rank and 2114 ews category rank in UPSEE exam, then there is no chance that you can get top government college.

Now as your preferred colleges are BIET JHANSI and KNIT SULTANAPUR, then there is no chance that you can get any branch in these colleges with this much rank. Even in spot round counselling there is less chance for you to get any branch. As per seeing the last year cutoff Trends for these two colleges, if you score atleast under 6000 from general category for biet and under 4000 for knit sultanpur. But still as per your rank, there is a chance that you can get uiet Kanpur which is a good government college.

First of all you must mention your category that from which category you have secured 19264 rank in UPSEE exam. Now suppose that you have secured this much rank from your general category then, it is impossible for you to get computer science engineering branch in Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology as per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks.

The last year cutoff closing rank for BIET jhansi, for cse for general category students was - 1514. And you rank is much far away from the last year cutoff closing rank. So there is no chance for you to get CSE in biet jhansi.

Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations on performing well in UPTU . 320 marks might bag you a decent rank between 3000 to 7000 referring to the previous year cutoff. It might be a bit difficult for you to apply for CSE in BIET in this case ; but you can surely apply for CSE in JSS with this rank and expect the results till later rounds, but there is no surity about this coz' rounds happen till late and time slips away till the final round. I advise you to apply for other branches as well in these two colleges.

On the other hand you can surely apply for CSE in KIET , AK GARG  and GALGOTIAS . You stand an awesome chance for the branch in these colleges.

At the end I would like to advise you to not settle for less.

Hi Anjali, It's good that you predicted your marks in UPSEE exam before commencement of result as now you have enough time to choose your college with cool mind. So if you have predicted 168 marks in the exam then I would like to tell you that your rank will lie under range of 70k-85k.Ok!

So now sorry to say but you can't get admission in BIET and that's the truth. But no need to loose hope there are still satisfactory private colleges into which you can enroll  yourself. I'm mentioning some of the best in terms of every criteria. Here is the list;
