You can get admission into all these colleges but the branches available to you would be EEE, CHEMICAL, MECHANICAL. This data is based on previous year cutoff.

According to the percentile given, you can expect your rank to range from 204600-230000. As of now it is hard to answer your question as the cut offs change every year based on a number of factors like number of candidates that appear for the JEE exam, question paper difficult, preferences selected by the student. I am sorry to say that with 87 percentile in JEE Mains and 22k EWS Rank, you would not get NITs. You may get some private colleges like Galgotia University or LNMIIT based on your percentile.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/ IIITs even in CBIT it is quite difficult with this rank as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. On the basis of this rank you can go for following colleges :-

• RTU Kota
• St. Xavier's College
• VIT Pune
• Sharda University
• United group of Institutions

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

A rank of of 34619 is a good rank with ews reservation. The competition increases more and more and hence, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. CBIT and vasavi college are some universities that can be got into, with this score and some other universities as well.

There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into.  Hence I would suggest you to apply for other universities.

Firstly, congratulations for your rank, I'm sure you did your best. Now, coming to your question, to get a seat in Vasavi or CBIT, your category rank is too high for that, the cutoff for category extends to a maximum of 15k in both the colleges. So, evidently , your rank is a bit too high than that, and you don't have much chances of getting a seat in either.
