First of all , I congratulate for choosing career in biotechnology. The closing rank for B.tech in biotechnology in CBIT are 85240 for SC BOYS and 85896  for SC GIRLS. And when it comes to number of seats, there are 60 seats under biotechnology course.

yes, you can get admission in the college with your percentile of 94.58 in jee mains. The main concern is qualifying the jee cutoff, since the second session is being conducted, you have to wait till the jee authority declare the cutoff for this year. But the chances are good for you.

Getting a seat in cbit or any other college through jee mains comes under b-category. For getting a seat in those colleges through jee mains, you will have to directly contact the college by the details provided in the website or by directly visiting the college because some colleges do not release b-category notification through news papers.But according to your jee mains rank, it is very difficult for you to get a seat in top colleges like cbit,vasavi or vnr. You can try getting a seat in those colleges through TS-Eamcet counselling or through management quota

First of all congrats for securing a good rank. Now if I consider for Vasavi first then the cutoff for cse in B category goes upto 45120. This means you have pretty good chances of getting a seat here.

Next is VNR then in B category here you have bit less chance than Vasavi but still you have some chances here too . Prediction is bit difficult for this one.

At last going with CBIT then here also you have less chances for CSE but still you may have a seat . So overall your maximum chances are with Vasavi. Now it depends on you . You can go for counselling and get a clear scene.

As you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you in General only.

So, with 107445 rank in JEE mains you are going to get all these colleges but the branches may differ like in some of them, you may get CSE branch but not in others.
