As you belong to SC category, you can get full fees reimbursement in CBIT or any other engineering college if your family annual income is below 2 lakhs.

As per last year cut off in CBIT for OBC, you have chances to get seat in branches other than CSE, EEE, ECE and IT. If you belong to BCA sub category, then you may even get in IT and EEE branches.

as per your rank and caste you will get admission in mentioned colleges but not in cse or ece but you may get mech , civil and bio technology , chemical engineering .. etc  and for your reference below are few colleges

For CBIT Hyderabad your rank should be below 12k . But as you said your rank is 52k+ it's very difficult to get CS or IT branch in CBIT.
