Hello Student,

Having scored a rank of 268789 in CRL it can be a bit tough for you to get into top universities as it is a bit low.  Since you have not specified which course you intend to get into. The chances of you getting into CBIT depends on which course you choose. But in general, being in the SC category, your chances are much more. But however, due to the increasing competition it would be advisable to apply to other universities as well . The courses in demand ask for higher ranks and hence it would be a bit tough for top ranked courses like Computer Science Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Some other good universities with this rank would be:

1. SSN College of Engineering, Chennai

2. SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur

3. Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh

4. Delhi University

5. Shiv Nadar University, Delhi

6. SRM University

7. Manipal Institute of Technology

8. Vasavi University

Hi ,

according to reservation based on your category you won't get 100% scholarship but if you belongs to sc or st then you may get 100 % scholarship but you get 35000 from government  for example let us consider if your college fee is 50k and you get 35k from government so  50k-35k=15k will be your college fee and as per your rank you have few chances to get in cbit , vasavi but you have good chances for vnr just try your luck and for more information go to below links

Hi Manish ,

based on your rank , caste and branch you pick will decided your college in particular college and i request you to please mention your caste to help you better and if you belongs to sc or st then 90% you get admission  in cbit and if you belongs to oc or bc category generally you need to score rank below 2k and this criteria is as per previous year but even we can't say you exactly whether you get seat or not because cutoff depends on number students qualified in ts eamcet but i can say you that you have very good chances as your rank is near to previous cutoff so just try for it then 90%  you get admission and also keep at least 30 colleges in counselling as per your priority then you get one among it and for more information go to below links

Hey!

yes you are right as per previous years records, you might not get CSE in JNTUH as the closing rank for CSE there is around 800. Also, there are still some chances that you might get cse in Osmania , but if you are interseted in ECE then you can opt it as your first preference. also, ECE is a well known branch which gives you opportunity to work in both software and electronics core industry.

Hope I answered your query.

Thankyou
