Hello student. CBIT is one of the best colleges in its place. So to secure a seat over there and that too in the branch of computer science, you are supposed to get a rank below of 50,000.
For this, you need to have a percentile above 96 or so. If not in jee mains, you can have the chance to get through the admission through eamcet exam.

Both colleges are best at their places. CBIT Hyderabad is affiliated to Osmania University.  It is recognised by AICTE, New delhi and accredited grade B and A by NAAC and NBA respectively. For B.tech CSE there are no. of opportunities in matter of placements like CTS Infosys,  Wipro , Mahindra & Mahindra, Ericsson & Infotech,etc. With highest package of 10 lakhs and above and average package of 3-4lakhs.

Amrita Bangalore is a private university, accredited 'A' by the NAAC and is ranked as one of the best university. It is considered good for placements specially fpr CSE branch.

With 88.3

Your Predicted Rank is around 1 lakh.

With this rank, you have very less (No chance i guess) to get seat in cbit or bvrit.

But you can perform well in TS EAMCET to get admission into CBIT.

Your rank should be below 2000 to get CBIT in TS EAMCET.

According to my research,both of these colleges have a good record of placement. AMRITA BANGALORE highest package offered is 45lpa and whereas the average package ranges around 3-5lpa.The top recruiter of this college are-cisco, bosch, tata etc.

Talking about CBIT hyderabad the highest pacakge offered is 41lpa and average ranged around 4-5 lpa for cse. The top recruiters of this college are -Microsoft , Google , Samsung , Dell, Deloitte etc.

Now, talking about popularity,faculty then both of the colleges have a pretty good impression among students and parents. Also the faculties are good. If you get opportunity to get admission in any of these colleges then you can choose any of these.

For electrical and electronic engineering cutoff of last year was-

This year cutoff might decrease as very few people gave jee but still not sure about the cutoff this the tentative cut off. For more check their official website.

Why don't you try for CSE branch. CSE has more scope and good placement. I would suggest you to join CSE but after all its your choice

• B.Tech in Chemical Engineering cut off is 15,001
• B.E in Computer Science and Engineering cut off is 11,028
