As an engineering student, I find the infrastructure at CCET to be quite solid. The classrooms are equipped with smartboards, projectors, and comfortable seating, which makes the learning environment more efficient. The labs are well-maintained, with up-to-date equipment for computer science students, and the WiFi is fast and reliable. The sports facilities are good too, though the food in the hostel could be improved. Overall, the living spaces are clean, but there’s room for improvement in the overall hostel experience.
The college has basic infrastructure, like the basic lathe machines and stuff, not cutting edge technology just enough to get things going, the machines are poor and outdated, no standards of industries are met
College has good overall infrastructure. Classrooms are fully furnished and have projectors installed. Labs are well maintained, fully AC, and have high-end computers and GPUs available. Free WiFi for students is available all across the campus.
Yes, you can get a scholarship. Since you are from the SC category and your family income is below 2.5 lakh, you are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship (SC Category) provided by the Government of Punjab/Chandigarh. You just need to apply online through the state scholarship portal and also inform your college authorities after admission. Apart from this, you can also check for AICTE Pragati/Saksham scholarships if applicable. Make sure to keep your income certificate, caste certificate, and other documents ready while applying.
All in all, you’ve got multiple financial aid options both through CCET and through government scholarship schemes. To move ahead, apply for CCET's internal scholarships (via their academic or scholarship office) and register on the National Scholarship Portal for central schemes.
