College Infrastructure

Infrastructure in CSIT college is very good and well maintained, Library, Bank, Gym, Post office, Laboratories, Canteen, Hostel premises are very good with facilities of WiFi, E-library, etc. Food provided in the mess and canteen is hygienic.

Academics

I have my BE in civil engineering and now working as a professional. Quality of teaching is very good as all the faculties are well qualified and knowledgeable. They support the students at every point and helps us to choose the right path.

Placements

About 80% of the students were placed in the campus drive organized by the college. Highest package offered was 7 LPA for CS/IT branch . Average package offered to all branches students is 3.50 LPA. The placement process depends on the company criteria sometimes direct interview on the basis of percentage happens, sometimes students has to appear for Group Discussion, Written test and then interview.

Value-for-money

The course of BE cost around 3.00 Lacs (including all other fees) for 4 years. Average cost per year is around 60,000/-

Campus Life

Campus of the college is very good with all facilities available. Cultural, Sports and other Activities are organized by the college. Location of the college is good as it is on the way to Balod and also it is about 5 kms away from durg railway station.

College Infrastructure

My institute is renowned for it's state of art infrastructure with eco friendly and lush green environment spread over 33 acres of land. Whole Campus is accessible with high speed internet facilities. Bank, stationary, post office, gym, canteen,playground,indoor gaming area etc separate boys and girls hostel with mess facilities, residential campus for faculty & staff is available. Campus has fully AC library of four floors with more than 72000 books, 400 national/international journals.

Academics

I am student of mechanical engineering and I have opted this institute since it was well known for its lab equipment facilities, placement, projects, student association, industrial partnership, guest lecture and we'll experienced teaching staff in mechanical department and others also. Institute has nptel local chapter. Award for academic topper. 3-D printers, war bots, SAE BAHA racing cars are developed and manufactured. Internal industrial training are arranged which makes students job ready.

Placements

About 40 companies visited in this session with 60% students placed and the highest package offered was 12 lakh and on average 2.8 lakh. Reputed companies such as adani energy, Bosch, Parker haniffin, juspay,extramarks, byjus, conizant, Tech Mahindra, wipro, Accenture,neco, genpact and many more industrial have industrial relationship.Process of selection consists of pre placement talk , written test , GD/task and PI.

Value-for-money

On an average 72000 per year will be fee and relaxing will be provided for students achieved more than 85% in 12th for 4 yrs of engineering, brother-sister concession and scholarship is provided to OBC/ST/SV/Minority as per state government norms. No extra money to be spent on books since it will be provided by institute.

Campus Life

I have spended 4 yrs in this institute with full joy, institute has various students association which organise various activities/function and we can be part of this association. College has IIPC,REC,EDC,Rock band,RAW,I- click, nss club and cells. All staff are to supportive and ready to help at any need. Institute is situated 5 km from main city, police station and hospital at 1.2 km from campus and it is completely protected by security so campus is totally safe.

Anything Else

Institute has a Lord Shiva temple & every year mahashivaratri is celebrated.We have annual tech fest named laqshya.One best advantage is that you can meet administration staff any time. Overall the institute believe in discipline and growth of students by providing latest facilities to them and make them market ready.

Well facilitated, equipped and well maintained. In addition to various facilities, college has the robotics club also. Hostel has many restriction as well as rules and regulations which were must to be followed.

Academics

I completed my graduation in Electronics and Instrumentation. Actually, this branch was new to me but I took the right decision to choose as my career. I believe no one can makes us ready until we are focus to our goal.

Placements

On campus placement was quite average during my time, specially for Instrumentation branch. Yes, college is supportive and provide you the on and off campus opportunities. But any way placement depend on our talent and luck.

Value-for-money

During my academic the cost was over rated but yes now I feel it was worth enough spent. If planning to study in Chhattisgarh, then it is worth to spend.

Campus Life

College campus has awesome environment. I can say it is one of best in Durg-bhilai.

My overall experience was good not upto the level marked. A way to success.

The infrastructure of college is excellent, according to my experience it's the best collage of providing excellent classroom and lab facility, greenery and healthy environment, hostel facility is very good, well hygienic food and living area, good sports facilities.

Academics

Electronic is my field of interest and I found excellent teacher there, facilitate all the topics in a very easy way, properly assessed every students by teacher guardian, CSIT is a very excellent learning platform.

Placements

Quality of placement in my collage are excellent, 60% students was placed in our batch and 7k salary package was received, placement process was very easy and pleasant for us, attend all the campus drive in college.

Value-for-money

Course cost I was paid twenty five thousand per semester, we got our money by studying there.

Campus Life

Excellent college campus, green environment are helpful for studying, teacher was very supportive and humble in nature good communication skills with excellent technicalknowledge, collage location is very easy for travel.

There are lots of technical skills and golden memories from College, I recommend all my brother and sisters for studying in CSIT.

For education point of view its a perfect college regular classes. Industry exposure ,Alumni association is very strong. Departmental support always .Management specially chairman sir is always close to the student so that it is very easy to solve the problem. Library is like a corporate office

The college had excellent infrastructure and the greenery of the campus renewed its own beauty and with highly equipped lab the student get excellent knowledge of subjects and experienced faculty provides great depth of knowledge of subjects and the events were exceptional for the technical and management skills

The institute is having just enough infrastructure to support all kinds of student activities but inflexibility in the system does not allow 100℅ utilisation of that.The student bodies have very less freedom and authority to perform their functions. But the institute is having some of the best students and faculty in the region who are backbone of the institute and proper utilisation of these human resources can be very fruitful in enhancing institutes brand image.
