CSIT Durg Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute of Technology, Durg holds Placement drives to help students get jobs at prestigious, multinational organisations. Campus placements help students find better work options and build up their skill sets. The recruiters visit CSIT Durg and choose qualified individuals for the available positions based on their requirements. In addition, the students receive practical training from the members of the CSIT Durg Placement Cell. This helps the students prepare for interviews and improves their performance by allowing them to take part in the mock interviews and mock exams that are held by the cell. 

• Companies and organisations are invited for the CSIT Campus Placement. 

• The Training and Placement Cell sends an invitation mail to the company within 24 hours seeking essential information about the Job Profile and other relevant details.

• The date of the campus visit is jointly agreed by the CSIT Placement cell and the organisation.

• The Training and Placement cell releases the finalised students’ timetable. 

• The application and the recruitment process thereafter start where students are required to complete their application process and register for the placement drive. 

• Group discussions, interviews, aptitude tests, and written exams are all types of interviews held by the placement drive.

• Once the recruitment process is over, the Company declares the final selection list on the spot or through e-mail.

• The Company rolls out the offers on the spot or sends them within a reasonable span of time.

• The Training and Placement Department will communicate the acceptance of the offers by the candidates and ensure they reach to the company on the date assigned for joining.

Students should participate in internships to gain practical knowledge in their respective fields which will help them get an excellent job offer with a better package and brush up their skill sets.
