Both the colleges are of the same group and have the same owner but are two different colleges with CMRCET having a slight upper hand as the overall ranking is slightly better than that of CMRIT. Both have same accreditations and the fee structure is also similar.

Cmrcet is the first campus and Cmrit is a second time coming to infrastructure and study background placement both the campus have same equality but even I am belong to the CMR group of institutes according to me CMR it is the best in because it is all rounder in sports and it conducts a lot of activity
and make the students innovative in their ground and many events will conducted by them and coming to CMRcet even he has a lot of events conducted by them and activities but with comparing to the both cmrcet is top campus but coming to the activities CMRit is best then CMRcet I prefer cmrit because it is allrounder and even comparing with infrastructure and faculty and placements

Well, both the colleges you mentioned are quite good in their infrastructure, laboratories, academic career, placements, etc. So it's upto your interest and convenience that which college you'll choose. But AIRE Dundigal has quite good scope and placement opportunities in the near future.

CMRCET is best in terms of all aspects. It is the most rated college of CMR Group Of Institutions. The CMRCET is rated as AAA+ by careers360. It is also accredited with NAAC A grade. The tution fee at the CMRCET is 75,000/- per year( old tution fee). The hostel facility Is also provided. The hostel fee is around 60,000/- per year. The top companies that visit this college are: Infosys, Deloitte, NTT data, BYJU’s, TCS, etc. The highest pay package is around 10 lakhs per annum. The average pay package is 2.5 lakhs per annum. College Infrastructure
My college infrastructure is awesome. Every lab has good ventilation and is spacious. It is not fully packed and every person gets their doubts cleared. Mess is good and sports are also good. We can play whatever games we want. Canteen facility is there. Food in the mess will be good.
Cultural events happen every month.

Overall, the campus has a nice environment and infrastructure with many facilities for students and staff. Good labs, playground, and auditorium are there. Heard that the hostels are also well-maintained and the food in the hostel is also very good. They prepare good quality items.

College Infrastructure
Wi-Fi doesn't work that great, but we have ethernet in almost everywhere except in classrooms and the canteen. So, it works and mobile data won't work properly in a few areas. Especially in the library, where neither the net nor Wi-Fi works, ethernet is the only way to go. We have proper medical facilities, and the canteen as affordable and good food
