if you want it for all colleges ,you will get it from their official website

There are good chances of you getting EEE  or ECE through COMEDK at this rank. By analysing the pre virus years cut off I must say that you would get EEE very easily as the cut off for last year  was around 38000 but for ECE there is a very slight difference between your rank and the last year's cut off which was around 10700.

Total number of seats are 180 in dayananda sagar in cs. I am not sure that you will get admission in cs but don't lose the hope. Take counselling may be you will get seat.

With 16003 rank in kcet exam,you cannot get cs branch in dayanand sagar institute of technology.For getting CS your rank rank should be upto 5494 under general category in open quota.You can get other branches in this college like industrial engineering management and construction technology and management.But if you want cs ,you can try for colleges like ks institute of technology,reva college etc.
