DNR College of Engineering and Technology Bhimavaram placement activities are managed by a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that supports students in achieving successful careers through campus recruitment, higher education and entrepreneurship. DNRCET placement cell works to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with the skills required for today's job market. In the 2024–25 DNRCET placement season, 160 students were placed. 

DNR College of Engineering and Technology placement cell provides career counselling, aptitude training, technical skill development, communication training and interview preparation to improve students' employability.
