DNR College of Engineering and Technology Bhimavaram placement activities are managed by a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that supports students in achieving successful careers through campus recruitment, higher education and entrepreneurship. DNRCET placement cell works to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with the skills required for today's job market. In the 2024–25 DNRCET placement season, 160 students were placed.

DNR College of Engineering and Technology placement cell provides career counselling, aptitude training, technical skill development, communication training and interview preparation to improve students' employability. Regular workshops, mock interviews, group discussions and personality development sessions are organised to prepare students for recruitment processes. The placement cell at DNRCET collaborates with leading companies and organisations to conduct recruitment drives, enabling students to secure suitable career opportunities across various sectors.

The placement cell of the college has a placement and training wing where training is imparted to the students so that they can face job interviews with confidence. The college makes the students ready for employment by imparting training to them on aptitude training, technical training, interview skills training, and soft skills training. Many firms come to the campus for recruiting students, and internships are also organized for them. Well-trained and technically competent students generally get placements through the placement process.

No placements doesn't even think of it because our faculties doesn't even know about thata and our college doesn't provide the guides to teach or explain about the software culture no companies are not even looking at our college.
