You can get ECE in Dr. Ambedkar college. I am not sure about CSE. I can be quite sure about ECE. however, keep searching for alternative options aswell. I am considering second round. Maybe if you wait for second round extended then you might get a better college.

Iam sorry to say this but with this rank it is really difficult to get Acharya Institute of Technology for Computer Science Engineering as the cutoffs are really high for CSE in Acharya college according to the previous years cutoffs.
