Hello there,
As per your query , you have a domicile of Maharashtra means you were studied in Maharashtra and you want to study in Karnataka then you have to make a new Domicile Certificate in Karnataka then you have eligible to take admission in Karnataka .
If You have not a domicile of Karnataka then you are not eligible for taking admission in Karnataka Engineering College .
So you have to apply for Domicile Certificate in Karnataka then you take admission in engineering college.
