The schedule for the second round is not yet released. It may begin anytime soon as the cancellation process is ongoing. So please keep an updates from time to time. For round 1 seats available are 29 and the opening and closing rank are 207 and 970 respectively whereas
For round 2 seats available are just 4 and the opening and closing rank are 130 and 976 respectively for MBBS degree.
And for your information the cut off percentile for NEET 2021 is just 50 and the cut off score is 720-138.

Through Maharashtra State Quota NEET Counselling 100 percentage of Private Colleges seats and 85 percentage of State Quota seats are filled.
Though you get seat through counselling there won't be 50 percentage reduction in your College fees. You need to pay the amount set by the Fee Regulation Committee in the State for the College based on your category.

if you have freshly regsitered for the second round of ALL INDIA counselling then you should have selected open quota seats for paricipating in the central institute counselling.
according to the seat matrix released by MCC in second round AIIMS have participated in the second round and hence you will be seeing AIIMS .
if you have participated in round 1 and now want to fill AIIMS in choices you can use reset facility and select open seat quota for participating in AIIMS,AMU,BHU counselling.
