There is no option for free exit in Round 2 of All India Quota Counselling. Free exit option is available only in Round 1 of All India Quota Counselling.
If you don't want to go for seat alloted in Round 2 of All India Quota then you cannot get refund of the security deposit amount which you have paid. But you can participate in Round 2 of State Quota Counselling irrespective of you participate in All India Quota Counselling or not or you get seat or not.

Karnataka Examinations Authority will be conducting Karnataka PG 2021 Counselling on their official website i.e kea.kar.nic.in. KEA has not yet released Round 1 seat allotment list of Karnataka NEET PG Medical Counselling 2021.
Through Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2021 50 percentage of State Quota seats and 100 percentage of Private Colleges seats are filled. KEA decided to conduct total 3 rounds of Karnataka NEET PG Medical Counselling 2021 and may also include Mop-up round if any vacant seats are left.

Hope you are doing great. NO, you need not register for round 2 again, if you had already registered for round 1. The candidates who haven't registered for round one, can only register for round 2. Also, you should only pay for once for the counselling rounds. There is no need to pay for each and every round. The fee you paid for first time is enough, until you are allotted seat at any university.

To be honest, it is very difficult to determine in which College you have possibility of getting seat because th rough All India Quota Counselling 15 percentage of Centeral Universities seats, Deemed Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, etc will be filled. Remaining 85 percentage of seats will be filled by State Quota Counselling. Out of these many Colleges it's really tough to give Colleges you have chances of getting. But based on previous year's cut-offs you might have chances of getting seat in any Private Medical Colleges through All India Quota Counselling but cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors.

As you got College in Round 2 of All India Quota Counselling, you can still apply for Round 2 of Uttar Pradesh State NEET Counselling. You can apply for Uttar Pradesh State NEET Counselling round 2 for upgradation if you have already hot seat in round 1 and if you have not got seat in round 1 then also you can apply for round 2.

Hope you are doing great. The dates w=for registering to second round in Karnataka AYUSH counseling starts from 18 February, 2022 to 22 February, 2022. However, the last date for fee payment for registering to round 2 is 22 February, 2022 until 11:59pm.
