Hello Aspirant,
See SEBC reservation is not the central reservation category but in some state this reservation is provided so it will not be of any use in AIQ counselling until and unless you category also lies under central list of reservation available on the official website of NCBC as given below :-
http://ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
If your category lies under the central list of reservation then you should also have the certificate for same then only you can get reservation benefits in AIQ counselling otherwise you will be considered as General category.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have very less chances of getting any government medical in Karnataka through AIQ counselling but yes through state quota counselling of Karnataka you have good chances of getting some government medical colleges in Karnataka with OBC reservation according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar
Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan
Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
NEET 2021 Cutoff Karnataka (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017): College-wise & Category-wise (careers360.com)
