Hi
When it comes to medical colleges withow cit off then, Deemed universities are the ones for which cutoff goes really low.

----------) GITAM:- 197 marks
----------) Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks
----------) Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai:- 189 marks
----------) Shri Satya Sai Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram:- 173 marks
----------) Meenakshi Medical College Host. and Res. Inst., Chenna:- 169 marks

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like

First of all we need to see the previous year closing ranks (via 15% All India Quota) for getting admission in Private MBBS College (Management Seat) -
1. For Private Colleges in Karnataka -
2. For Any Private College in India, Closing AIR (for General Catorgy) - 6,30,231 (College Allotted - Dr. DY Patil Medical College)
Since cut off varies from year to year (as it depends on difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates, number of newly opened colleges), a safe closing rank (for this year) would be 1,00,000 to get a good Private college in Karnataka.
Alternatively, to predict what all MBBS Colleges (including Private) you can get with your NEET UG Rank, you may use NEET UG College Predictor Tool - https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

Hello Ankit,
Cut-offs varies from year to year and that's why it is difficult to predict. Cutoffs depends on many factors like caste category, num ber of seats available, di fficulty level of the exam, num ber of students appeared in the exam, etc
You can go through below mentioned link to know NEET UG cut-offs of Medical Colleges.
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du
You can predict Colleges you can get for your NEET UG Rank using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
May this information was helpful to you.
Good Luck!!
Dear applicant since if you focus on the reservation quota of state and all India rank, state Quota has 85% weightage whereas All India Quota carry only 15% of weightage while the NEET Counselling proceeds. Now according to your state of Domicile and the rank secured by you, it would be wiser if you choose State Counselling rank rather your All India Rank for counselling.
Good luck!!
Hello aspirant,
According to previous year cut off for PWD category, you might get the following colleges, however, the chances are very low-
1. Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi- 700442
2. Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi- 589339
You can use our college predictor link to know your chances of admission in a college/course- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

Hi
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 514 marks,
You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges in 15 % all india quota counselling conducted for government colleges be it in karnataka or anywhere. For the same, your marks should have been at least around 610 marks as per past year data .
Even for koppal your chances are low,
For example,
In 2020 , 615 marks was cut off for Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences for general category under all india quota.
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
But yes,
In all india counselling,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-
----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks
----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks
----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks
----------) SDU Medical College, Kolar:- 466 marks
----------) SBKS Med. Inst. and Res. Centre, Sumandeep Vadodara:- 446 marks
----------) Yenepoya Manglaore:-436 marks
----------) Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar:- 426 marks
----------) B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks
And a few more
This has been predicted on the basis of previous years data but cutoff keeps changing so to have clear picture of the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
