Yes, since you haven't selected counseling for OPEN seats, you wouldn't find AIIMS and JIPMER during the choice filling for counseling.
----- But Medical Counseling Committee, MCC has provided 'RESET' facility that could be used only once to make any corrections you made during Registration except the mistake in Category filling.
------- The RESET option can be used only to change the type of counselling i.e add or
delete different type of counselling and not to change the category.
