See despite the conduction of 4 rounds in AIQ from this year ,the cutoff is indeed expected to decrease a bit as compared to previous year's AIQ cutoff but not by a margin of around 200 marks . You atleast needed to score 605+ in 2021 to safely land into a government medical college through AIQ and atleast 590+ for a government dental seat through AIQ given that you belong to OBC category . At a score of 400 ,you can only try for private medical or dental seats in your own domicile state .

All India Counselling for NEET UG 2021 and NEET PG 2021 got delayed due to a pending case (regarding reservation) in Supreme Court, whose final verdict (by the Hon. Supreme Court) has been out.
Supreme Court in today's verdict (January 7, 2022) has allowed commencement of counseling for NEET PG, UG and has upheld the validity of 27% OBC and permitted 10% EWS under existing criteria.
Hence it is expected that Counseling will start from tomorrow (8 January, 2022) or latest by next week (10th January, 2022).
