Hello,
Regrading your query for colleges that you should fill in Telangana for NEET state counseling, it would have been helpful for us to provide you with more accurate list of colleges had you mentioned your marks in the NEET Examination and your category too.
Now since you haven't mentioned your category, I would consider you as a General Category candidate.
---- To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
------With your All India Rank I expect your marks to be around 500.
According to previous year data(2019) for State counseling for Telangana, Here are a list of colleges you migh get MBBS seat in-
• AYAAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
• MAHAVIR INST OF MED SCI, VIKARABAD
• RVM MEDICAL COLLEGE, MULUGU
• SURABHI INST OF MED SCI, SIDDIPET
• SHADAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
• PRATHIMA INST OF MED. SCI., KARIMNAGAR
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
----Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See getting Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Karnataka won't be possible for you with a score of 446 through All India Quota Counselling despite having an EWS category. In fact for getting a government medical college through AIQ,you atleast needed to score 610+ in NEET -2021 .
For your convenience,I'll mention the cutoff marks and closing AIR for EWS category for getting Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Karnataka . The score was of around 625 and closing AIR of 10,442. This year too it's expected to be somewhat similar.
However you can try for management quota medical seats of your domicile state or might take a drop of you wish to .
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well . See with a score of 460 getting a government BDS seat won't be possible for you through the All India Quota Counselling. You atleast needed to score 580+ given that you are a general category candidate .
Also, from your profile I came to know that you are from West Bengal . In WB too , last year in order to get a government BDS seat one atleast needed to score 550+ given that he/she belongs to general category. This year the cutoff is expected to increase a little compared to last year in the state of West Bengal .
With this score you can however try for management quota seats if you wish to .
