These are category under the obc category where 3A means Hallikar  category and 3B means baggaru. Here the 3a category gets reservation of 4percent and whereas the 3b category students gets 5 percent reservation.

There are two types of reservation, one for domicile and one for the reserved caste category. And since we are talking in general, obviously the caste certificate would be valid anywhere in Karnataka even without having the domicile for that particular state.

Yes , you can apply for MBBS in Karnataka State even after being a non Karnataka Student through All India Quota but the numbers of seats are very less for AIQ students as  there are total 9,345 MBBS seats and only 15% of those (around 1400) seats are available for students through AIQ.

You have to apply through NEET UG counseling which will be conducted in online mode.

Hey Rahul, if CAP round 2 seat allotment matrix shows 0 seats for the all India category, that means that all seats from the said category are occupied. Hence, the chances of you getting a seat through JEE rank is very slim in your preferred college. Your CET rank will be considered. You should consider making changes in your preferences accordingly, colleges and branches alike.
