Prediction for a job position or an interview can be really difficult. Since all the government or private hospitals, clinics with their own setups has different rules and regulations. For a government job you need to clear the interview for the particular place you want to do job at. In some hospitals or in some private clinic, practical test is also taken for a candidate. If you clear the interview you can get the job. The university you have studied in does not matter unless you have a good knowledge of your particular field. Only criteria for university might be, University should be recognised under the central government. You can get a job in Maharashtra if you clear the interview process, even after studying from Karnataka.

The Final List of all the admitted candidates to mbbs has been uploaded by MCI on its portal. And for Karnataka's state quota counselling, you may chcek their counselling portal for the list.

Hope you are doing good ! Aditya, everyone will put their own opinion in format of you but you should be alert in this case . In my suggestion , IIIT Delhi is one of the best institutes to pursue B. Tech in CSE as it has great faculty members and the placement stats for CSE are far better than any institute. During the 2022 placement drive, CSE average salary stood at INR 24.34 LPA.. i will suggest you to go with iiit delhi rather than nit nagpur and all. One more thing is that skills matter more than the college . You should be hardworking ,no matter in which college you will go

It is really difficult to predict an exact cut off for a particular college or particular course since it keeps on changing every year. However looking at previous year's cut off trends for MS in OBG cut off rank were between 8121-9890 at all india level. So it can be really difficult for you to get a government seat with the rank you have mentioned above.
