I'll suggest you to take admission in IET Khandari Agra rather than taking admission in Feroz Gandhi college. IET Khandari has a well experienced faculty and labs equipped with modern tools and gadgets and thus you'll get a decent exposure there.

Your marks doesn't determine your rank as they are prepared considering lots of factors. if you have rank below 1k then for sure you can go for CSE or IT branch else you can go for core branches or non-technical branches.

I would like to inform you that your ranking is good and you do stand a chance of getting CS or IT in IEt in spot round. Now since spot round is to fill all the vacant seats , it is not absolutely clear what might be
