for OBC rank you can get Civil engineering:- 2095-2694 , ECE:- 1277-1840.

Except CSE and IT you can take admission in any branch you like. Better to go for ECE branch which will help you get high scope in core industry and technical corporates.

You have good branch to get an admission in IET but may not be in CSE or ECE as it has really low rank.

you can go for core branches or non-techical branches in the college. if you have any reservation then you go for CSE or IT branch.

At IET the total number of seats available for MCA is 60 and it is same for KNIT also. you can get the details from the official page of the institutions. There are additional seats for Btech and low seats for MTECH but 60  seats are available for MCA
