According to your rank it is very difficult for you to get any branch in IET Lucknow. You can also try other governmnt colleges like:

• Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhansi
• Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur

You can also try some of the good private colleges

CS ,IT,EE ,& EC is difficult to get admission but civil, mechanical, chemical, electronics & instrumentation engineering may you got admission.registration for counselling will start in june last .you can also see Kamla nehru sultanpur for EE & IT.

To get admission in IET your rank matters not marks because level of paper may vary with respect to previous years papers but you should try to score atleast 450 marks (under 3000 rank)to deserve some core branches you should try to get admission in the college in which
