Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college provides Hostel facility to the Boys students. The Boys Hostel has a residential capacity of approximately 360 students. The Boys Hostel has various facilities such as Internet, round the clock security and RO purified Drinking water. 

Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon provides Hostel facility to the Girls students. One Girls Hostel has a residential capacity of approximately 104 students and the college also has a Minority Girls Hostel which has a residential capacity of approximately 100 students. RO Purified Drinking Water, Internet facility and round the clock security is available in the Girls Hostel. 

GCoE Jalgaon has a Central Library which has a rich collection of Books, National and International Journals, Periodicals and Magazines. The college Library has a Processing Room and a Reading Room. The college also has a Digital Library. Book Bank facility is also available for the students. 

The college has a Computer Centre which serves as a central facility for all the departments. All the terminals in the Centre and Computer Labs are connected to the high speed networking provided by the National Knowledge Network. The Centre is equipped with various Audio Visual Aids.  

The entire campus of Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon is well connected with the high speed Internet facility. 

The college has a Canteen which serves healthy and nutritious food to the students at subsidised rates. The Canteen has a seating capacity of approximately 25 people. 

A Dispensary is located in the college campus to provide medical assistance to the staff members and the students during the time of medical emergency. 

GCoE Jalgaon has a number of departmental Laboratories which are well equipped with sophisticated tools and equipment.  

The college has a Guest House facility in the campus. The Guest Rooms are fully air conditioned. Facilities such as LCD TV and Drawing Room are also available in the Guest House.  

The college has a Gym which is equipped with all the modern exercise equipment and machines for the students. 

GCoE Jalgaon provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to the students in the college campus.

The college has a Training and Placement facility for all students.

The workshop department conducts different engineering work trades like Welding, Fitting, Smithy, Moulding, Carpentry, Fitting, Pattern Making, Foundry, Machine Shop, Sheet metal & plumbing for students of various disciplines. All the students of F.E. irrespective of their disciplines and the students of S.Y.B Tech from Mechanical Engineering perform the practical in this department.
