Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college provides Hostel facilities to the Boys' students. The Boys' Hostel has a residential capacity of approximately 360 students. The Boys' Hostel offers various facilities, including internet access, round-the-clock security, and RO-purified drinking water. 

The college provides Hostel facilities to the Girls' students. One Girls' Hostel has a residential capacity of approximately 104 students, and the college also has a Minority Girls' Hostel with a residential capacity of approximately 100 students. RO Purified Drinking Water, Internet facility, and round-the-clock security are available in the Girls' Hostel. 

The college has a Central Library which has a rich collection of Books, National and International Journals, Periodicals, and Magazines. The college Library has a Processing Room and a Reading Room. The college also has a Digital Library. The Book Bank facility is also available to students. 

The college has a Computer Centre which serves as a central facility for all the departments. All the terminals in the Centre and Computer Labs are connected to the high-speed networking provided by the National Knowledge Network. The Centre is equipped with various Audio Visual Aids.  

The college is well-connected with a high-speed Internet facility. 

The college has a canteen that serves healthy and nutritious food to students at subsidized rates. The Canteen has a seating capacity of approximately 25 people. 

The college provides medical assistance to staff members and students during medical emergencies. 

The college has several departmental laboratories that are well-equipped with sophisticated tools and equipment.  

The college has a Guest House facility on the campus. The Guest Rooms are fully air-conditioned. Facilities such as an LCD TV and a Drawing Room are also available in the Guest House.

The college has a Training and Placement facility for all students.

The college workshop department conducts various engineering work trades, Including Welding, Fitting, Smithy, Moulding, Carpentry, Pattern Making, Foundry, Machine Shop, Sheet metal, and plumbing, for students of different disciplines. All the students of F.E., irrespective of their disciplines, and the students of S.Y.B Tech from Mechanical Engineering perform the practical in this department.
