Hello,

Part time Mtech is generally not advised if you want to apply for government or teaching jobs in the future. But in case you want more industry work exposure and have fully decided to persue part time Mtech GCT coimbatore is a good option as the facilities provided are good.

There have a high possibility of getting Government College of Technology - [GCT], Coimbatore with your Rank. But as cutoff depends on several factors like number of students appeared, toughness of question paper etc, so it's a possible result based on previous few year cutoff data.

hello,

According to your category rank and previous year cut offs you have a low chance of getting the seat in ME Structural Engineering as this course has only 18 seats in total from where only 5-6 or less candidates gets the seat. If you want to wait, then till last round you have to wait or its better to have some other college in mind also so that if you not get this college then other might do the work.

Dear aspirant,

According to your query and taking into consideration that you want to take production and mechanical .

As we know according to branch preference mechanical has higher preference than production branch. It solely depends upon in which part of mechanical engineering you are interested in. I would personally recommend you to take mechanical engineering as you would get a wider scope.

Hello,

As you have not mentioned which MCA exam it is, I would like you to tell us which specific MCA are you asking for. As you are Specifically enquiring For Government college of technology, Coimbatore. i would assume you are enquiring about TANCET MCA.

since, the cut off for 2020 hasn't been released, we can look at previous years' cut off to get an idea

For B.Tech/B.E, the students are divided into categories on the basis of their marks obtained.

Hope it helps.

Good luck
