The College is an excellent hostel facility for boys. The campus hostel is taken care of by the Government. There is telephonic access for all students, but mobile phones are banned as it is in the College. Affectionate discipline, tasty food at moderate rates, and neat rooms with modern sanitation and professional laundry services are the hallmarks of the Polytechnic hostels.

The College Library carries a full range of materials to support the curriculum and the lifelong learning needs of students, staff, and community members. Key services and collections include reference, bibliographic instruction, circulation/reserves, print materials, audiovisual materials, electronic resources, internet access, and individual and group study areas. More than 8500 titles of technical books are available in this library. The Library's mission statement reads as follows: The mission of the Library is to support student learning and excellence in teaching, provide access to learning resources in all formats, assist students in locating and evaluating information, and encourage lifelong learning.

The college has Sports and games as an integral part of the total Educational Program. The College has been maintaining a high standard in almost all games during Sports and Athletic Meets among inter-poly competitions in Kerala. We always have strived hard to excel in the fields of sports and games as in the academic arena. The college holds a very proud tradition of encouraging Athletes and Sportspersons in different fields. It has achieved an invincible track record in Sports and Games in Inter Poly competitions. The Department gives systematic training and coaching for players in various games throughout the year. To give competitive experience and exposure, College teams participate in all the Inter-Collegiate Sports and Games Tournaments.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college canteen provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. GPC Muttom has a clean and hygienic canteen facility that caters to the tastes of all students. The canteen remains open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to the students, staff, and visitors.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a convenience store facility for students. (like a photocopying facility & stationery, etc.) There is a co-operative store on the campus run by the GPC Muttom Co-operative Society. All the staff and students are members of the society. The profit is shared with the members, and so materials are sold at rates lower than the market rates. It provides various stationery items, notebooks, practical record books, assignment books, textbooks, and various application forms to the students of the college at lower prices. It produces and supplies notebooks and assignment books bearing the name of the college. The store is open on all working days, throughout the working hours of the college.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college also provides Training and Placement opportunities for all the students.
