Government Polytechnic College, Trikaripur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

Our library is fully automated digital library. The library automation was completed using the international free software “KOHA” and digitization is done by using “DSPACE”. Using the digital library facility we can access the library resources from any part of our campus. Our digital library consists of thousands of “e-books” and “e-journals”. We can read so many newspapers in English, Malayalam and other languages using the “e-paper” facility. Besides these, syllabus related lessons, demonstration videos in different subjects, previous years question papers etc are available in our library. In short all students and teachers can utilize all these facilities to improve the educational standards. The area of our library is about 210sqm. When compared to other polytechnic college libraries we can say our library is spacious. There are about 9000 books in overall and so many magazines, journals and periodicals. Around 50 persons can use the reference facility at a time.

The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students
