Good . Classrooms are good and laboratories also . Smart Classrooms are also available . Sporting facilities like badminton , volleyball and Cricket are also available .There is a huge garden in our college . It also has a huge library with most of the required books available . It also has 2 canteens . Campus is completely neat and clean.
Academics
Good . Best polytechnic college in U.P. with finest teaching faculties . It is best for diploma in mechanical . Curriculum is latest and course is designed in such a way that it makes you job ready after getting your diploma .
Placements
Companies like LNT , Lohia , Cummins and Heroetc visits our campus for placement in Mechanical . 30+ Students from Mechanical got placed every year , in Electrical 15+ and very few placement in IT department .
Value for Money
College provide good facility in just INR 19,000 per year . I am very satisfied with the facilities I get in this much amount .
Campus Life
Campus life is fun . Open and friendly environment , faculties are very supportive . College has very few traces of ragging . Campus is completely safe .

Hello Nihal!!
First of all, you have not mentioned your category so I am considering you in General Category then with 4500 rank, It's Impossible to get a seat in Hewett Polytechnic.
For the General Categories also, girls candidates rank should be near about 1500 and boys should be 1000-1200, otherwise there is no chance to get the seat in it.
As there are less seats also and it is the best college for polytechnic so, students mostly prefer it. Then, might vacant seats are also not present.
But don't lose hope, you can do well and try your best for the next attempt if you want to take a drop otherwise take any other good college with this rank.

Government Polytechnic Lucknow is a government college and was established in 1963 while Hewett Polytechnic Lucknow was established in 1904 and is a private college.
See, both the colleges have a very good reputation and a very old and both are equally good in terms of faculty support and education facility.
Just the difference is one is private and one is government. Both of then are equally good and can choose one based on your interest.
