Good career opportunities especially for marketing, batch size is very large but still well managed. Faculty members are so helpful and experienced. Placement team is very dedicated and supportive. IBS Mumbai is a college where you get the best support from the faculties and the teaching standard is at par . The college not only gives the opportunity for academic growth but also other activities like Acting ,Dance, and management. The college does lack in hostel facility but the area has a lot of renting flats to accommodate the same .At the end the placement is decent .

The college life is very nice with experienced faculties. We have over 180 companies for placements. Along with studies, we have 18 clubs to participate and improve our overall grooming. The infrastructure is nice with a gym and a sports room. Also, the college mostly focusses on a case study approach for studies which gives us a great industry exposure.

It's been a great place to be in. The best part is practical knowledge about the subjects. There is nothing much to review about IBS Mumbai. The management here has no clue how to Manage (duck face) If you are reading this and planning to join this College, think twice. IBS Mumbai has a good reputation for placements and the quality of Faculty. Placements Have been poor this year and yet placement cell is struggling hard to get the students placed. Coming to the faculty, We have some of the best faculty here and yet hectic semester schedule of only 4 months for a sem ruins the purpose. The relative grading puts students into tough competition and yet have no transparency. Some of the faculty give more marks to the students they like. Outside the class room, there is nothing much to engage yourself. Clubs are full of politics, and you can see politics everywhere. Clubs are just for namesake and they are just a waste of time. The student intake of IBS Mumbai has increased two fold and the quality of student have deteriorated because of this. You will never get a feeling that you are studying in a B-School. There is not much scope for personal development and research. there is no scope for Sports at all. There are a lot of things that college management should look into. The main reason being they need approval from IBS Hyderabad to implement anything new. One thing that I must write is about the Faculty of IBS Mumbai. There are some of the best Professors and are Highly qualified, and you can gain maximum domain knowledge here of you are dedicated.

It’s a great college to be in. Provides you a lot of exposure to various fields. Average package is 5-7 lacs. They give you an overall development and the campus life is great. The average package is of Rs.6.5 lakhs and the maximum package is of Rs.11.5 lakhs CTC with or without variables or fixed. Package may or may not depend on your graduation degree such as B.Pharma. what you have pursued. Mostly packages depend on the companies who are offering jobs at the time of campus placements. The eligibility criteria, academic qualification, skills required, and so on are decided by the companies visiting MBA institutes. First of all you cant compare IBS with IIMs and other top b-schools. I love this college in many ways. but IBS improved my communication skill which is important for every MBA's and it takes me to the next level so-called maturity, how to behave with friends, family and so on. so the faculties are the best here.campus life is not good here because there is no big campus like other b schools.they provide 100% placement .

Infrastructure is okey but the college should have their own building and faculty is gud but hostel still needs to improve. The crowd of the students is great and the library has a lot of books which actually help in studying and getting to know more about various information required.

Various companies like TCS, Tata motors, JP Morgan CRISIL and other big names come to the campus for recruitment , some of them offered decent profiles to us many of them offered sales or Operations kind of profile which many people like for a start many people do not . However in between 6 which is decent if we consider that around 750 students were placed . Averagely B-Schools have 100 - 150 students in a batch. That's like placing 5-7 batches.

College provides full placement support there are lots of companies coming for placement such as JP morgan, Crisil, Deloitte, Zycus, Banks like hdfc icici sbi, Neilson these are the good companies which are coming for placements average package offered is from 8 lakes to 3. 5 lakhs. Placement support for college is good but job opportunities are less as the number of students are very high so it getting very difficult for a college to place all the students.

The whole curriculum of IBS Mumbai is case base study they teach via cases. It's is an 18 months programs which involve 4 semesters and in each semester there are various industry experts who come to take lecture and discuss real life cases. IBS Mumbai provides good exposure. The faculty is awesome...very friendly and helping, holding industry experience. Hence you learn a lot from them. You can actively participate in one of the many college cultural clubs. Placements are alright. Case study method of learning is used which provides good practical knowledge. The faculty is very helpful. the overall environment is best! Hirandani location is very good and the crowd is very good. Overall placement is good with an average package of 5.7 lacs. Different clubs are there in their domain and their own activity. Powai as a location is pretty costly to live. There is no hostel facility for the student. but college provides accommodation facility externally.

The amount you invested and the ROI doesn't really match. Good college life but placements lack to the core. Excellent faculty staff to open up your mind and train you to be market-ready, but all the actual practical learning are not exposed properly. I would suggest this college as the backup stand for anyone.

IBS Mumbai which is situated in Hiranandani Powai has an awesome infrastructure and popular brand in management studies. The crowd is overall decent and mainly from western Mumbai and about 70 percent students from outside Mumbai which give an exposure to extreme talent and different culture. The faculty is decent and have hands-on industrial experience. The important thing of is is placement which has about 90% placement rate though the strength of students is nearly 650 per year.

The ICFAI group had many colleges of management education out of which IBS Hyderabad is the best one. IBS Mumbai comes next in the league. But if we consider all the colleges of India then IBS Mumbai does not come in top 80 management colleges of India. Hence according to me, investment in this college may be not so profitable unless and until you don't have any other goof choice. Also, the placement stats of the whole ICFAI group is inflated. Hence weigh your options first and then take the decision.

The faculty is very cooperative , the crowd was also good. Because a number of students competition is very high. Have to work hard for placements.Exposure is there if you have any relations with in the corporate. Finance placements are good but few companies will visit for it so competition is high for reputed companies.student intake is very high which creates a problem in final placement.if you any good option apart from ibs Mumbai go for it.

All initial hesitations went away after joining the college. Teachers and friends have made college life fun and I can't imagine myself enjoying college anywhere except here.
