No universities give you admission based on your IPE marks from chennai. If you want a admission you should write the university entrance exams and have to earn a seat. There are no such universities in chennai which are taking students just with there ipe marks

see fees structure is same for any category students , total fees for 2 years post graduate diploma in banking, insurance and financial services  is 8.15 lakhs. however the detailed fees structure is not available in official website right now. candidates is selected on the basis of  exam score
