It depends on college to college and you didn't mention the college name here which you are getting in with this rank.

But most probably if you get seat in aeronautical engineering with this rank then you have to pay somewhat between 5-6 lakh for four years course.

Sorry ro say this but with that rank you won't be able to manage to get into any branch in jntu that to free seat is impossible.

But,if you belong to SC/ST then you may have chance of getting into top 10 colleges.

If you belong to general

For vasavi college and VNR college for b.tech there is an exam Ts-Eamcet which is need to be cleared to take admission into these colleges.
