You must have passed Bachelor's degree in relevant field from a recognised College or University.
Best 1 year duration courses suitable for you are listed below.
--Post Graduation Diploma in Management
--Diploma course
--Master courses
--Diploma in Fashion Designing
--PGPM
--Master of Business Administration
--Certification courses, etc.
You can pursue Regular degree or diploma courses or can pursue Certification courses as well.
As you are Engineering student, you can do courses related to specialization you completed your Engineering.
