Jain Polytechnic, Belagavi, is an affiliated college that was commenced in the year 2013 in Belagavi, Karnataka. It is has approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and runs diploma courses in the fields of engineering. Located in a small 01.500 sq. km. area, this polytechnic offers the number of students in the amount of 830 persons and the faculty which has 63 teachers. Jain Polytechnic offers five diploma courses in full time in Civil, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

Jain Polytechnic fully promotes a favourable learning environment for all its students. It shows a variety of facilities helping in achieving academic and personal goals and accomplishments. The library is a facility that plays a key role in discovering and learning as it caters to the research needs of both the teaching and learning fraternity. For those who have interest in sports, the college organises different sporting activities so as to encourage the principles of sportsmanship and cooperation. The campus is computerised, modern communication equipment acquired is modern to facilitate the students education. A cafeteria is sizeable and stocks different kinds of foods and drinks and is an ideal place where students like to hang out. Commuting is easy with the college offering transportation means for students and staff.

Five diploma courses are offered at Jain Polytechnic, Belagavi and all these programmes are on a full time basis. The overall sanctioned intake of the institute is 360 seats for all the programmes it has to offer. The Computer Science and Engineering diploma course has the highest intakes among all totalling to 120 students while the others such as Civil, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics and Mechanical engineering would cover 60 students intakes each.
