I have got 125 in cee. Rank 1049 general. Can l get a seat in AEC or jorhat(JEC) in mechanical or civil branch Pls reply

The rank you have got you can get AEC or JEC but not in civil or mechanical in JEC you may have little chances to get those streams. If you don't get those streams you later on shift the branch by securing good marks on semester. Hope it helped you.

I got 97 marks and 1710 rank can I get admission in AEC and JEC.And I am belong to St category

Generally, AEC cutoff is very high. Since you scored 97 marks and 1710 rank and being an ST candidate there is some chance to get admission in AEC but would not be able to get good branch.
As, many candidate try to get admitted in AEC so it demand a good rank.
But, you will Definitely get a seat in JEC and a good branch also.
So, participate in the counseling process.

As you may be knowing that, AEC is one of the best college under CEE, so it's cutoff is generally higher.
As your rank is 1049 and since you belong to general category there's very low chance of getting admission in AEC.
However, you can get admission in JEC but will not be able to get good branch.

That is quite an impressive rank, congrats. As per the previous years cutoffs, with your 3556th rank you might have a chance get into the AEC. You also have a chances of getting an admission in the Jaipur Engineering College also. Cheerup and hope for the best.

Assam Science and Technology University, Guwahati conducts Assam CEE, a combined entrance examination for admission to various undergraduate engineering programs in member institutions.

The cutoff marks for

Assam Engineering College, Guwahati is around 130.
Jorhat Engineering College is around 120.

According to your rank you would definitely be eligible to get in to these colleges.

You secured good rank on CEE exam. As per your rank you will be able to get both AEC or JEC but you may not get preferable branch on AEC but you will be able to get more branch option in JEC. Hope it helped you.

I think you can get mechanical branch but try for cs till last round good luck all the best

Hope you are doing well, as per your concern your rank is near about 1500 and as you have said you belong to general category there is least chance for you to get Assam Engineering college (AEC) but may get Jorhat engineering college (JEC) or Jorhat Institute of science and technology (JIST). In JEC you may not get preferable branch but in JIST you can get a preferable branch. Hope these helped you.

College Infrastructure

Smartboard is not there.lift is only for faculty not for students. Girls are very less in the college.Co-curricular activity is also not organised.They are not maintaining good lecturer who is efficient in their subjects.Sqme faculty teaching each & every subject

Overall I had really good experience in JEC

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of my college is good. It has a well-stocked library, computer lab, auditorium, transportation facility, campus with internet facility,Canteen but it requires good management. I made many new friends, they help me a lot even my seniors are also very much corporative or you can say there is a friendly environment.All in All its good.

College Infrastructure

Required facilities and equipments were there but little maintenance needed. Sports department was fine. IT infrastructure was bit outdated but students managed somehow. Mechanical engineering department was good, rest of them were average.
