I got 91 marks in cee and my rank is 1870 can i get admission in JEC and JIST

As per your rank you can get Jorhat engineering college (JEC) or Jorhat institute of science and technology (JIST). You may not get computer science rather than that you can get other branches. Hope it helped you.
